As Electrosoft’s Vice President of Human Resources, Kimberly Esparza leads the company’s HR and talent strategy with a focus on building a strong, engaging workforce and supporting continued growth across all locations.

With more than two decades of experience in the federal government contracting sector, Kimberly is recognized for delivering scalable, people-centered solutions that drive performance, retention, and organizational excellence. Throughout her career, she has guided federal contractors through periods of rapid expansion, helping organizations double in size while maintaining alignment with mission and values.

She holds SHRM-CP and PHR certifications, an MA in Human Resources Management, and a BA in Communication.
