Federal Industry Veteran Andrew Livermore Joins Electrosoft as Business Development Executive October 30, 2021

Electrosoft announced that Andrew Livermore has joined the company as a business development executive, responsible for supporting the company’s growth through the capture of large, multi-year federal contracts. Livermore brings to the role nearly 40 years of federal IT experience and more than 30 years in leadership roles across government and industry.

“Andrew is a well-respected business development leader who has a deep understanding of the federal IT marketplace and a track record of delivering solutions that address customer needs,” said Dr. Sarbari Gupta, CEO of Electrosoft. “I am excited to have Andrew join us in this important role.”

With over two decades of federal acquisition expertise, Livermore brings insights from having worked as a government contractor as well as in government operations and IT roles. He has served in business development leadership roles with both large and, more recently, small businesses. In his federal career, he held IT leadership roles at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

“Electrosoft’s technology-based solutions and services, especially in the cybersecurity arena, are helping to address some of the most pressing operational and security concerns of federal organizations,” said Livermore. “It’s inspiring to experience Electrosoft’s impressive culture, mature processes and passion for excellence – and an honor to be part of the team driving continued growth.”

Livermore holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and is ITIL Foundations V3 Certified. He currently leads the ACT-IAC U.S. Department of Treasury’s Federal Insight Exchange Team.
