Electrosoft Hires Federal Contracting Business Development Pro Kate Allen February 19, 2021

Electrosoft, an award-winning IT and professional services firm specializing in cybersecurity, announced that Kate Allen has joined the company as a business development executive. She is responsible for generating and prioritizing strategic business opportunities for the company.

“Recent events like the SolarWinds hack underscore a level of urgent national security threat,” said Manuel Miranda, president of Electrosoft. “Kate will help us introduce our long history of cybersecurity excellence to new customers and expand delivery of the cybersecurity services that are so urgently needed.”

Allen has more than ten years of business development experience in the government contractor arena, where she earned a reputation for delivering customer-focused technology solutions that drive company growth. She brings to Electrosoft a deep understanding of the practical considerations of federal information management/information system solutions and services.

Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts from St. John’s College and has completed post-graduate coursework in federal contract management at Catholic University. She holds ITSM certifications from APMP Foundation and ITIL Foundation and is certified as an (internal) quality system auditor.
