Operational leader also joined the FORUM Founders Circle II panel on the future of cyber in government contracting
Electrosoft Chief Operating Officer Jamie Holcombe has been named to the 2026 FORUM 100 Club, which honors the 100 most dynamic leaders in federal consulting. The recognition came just two weeks before Holcombe joined fellow founders and executives on the panel at FORUM Founders Circle II: The Future of Cyber in Government Contracting, held October 5 at Ice Miller in Washington, D.C.
“Federal agencies need cyber partners who can pair deep technical expertise with disciplined delivery, especially as AI reshapes both the threat landscape and the defense,” said Dr. Sarbari Gupta, CEO of Electrosoft. “Jamie is one of the leading voices on how our market gets there. He brings real federal experience to every conversation, and this recognition reflects the trust he has earned across the community.”
At Electrosoft, Holcombe leads operational execution and program delivery and is operationalizing AI-enabled cyber offerings across the company’s federal portfolio. At the Founders Circle II panel, he joined a candid discussion on emerging federal cyber priorities, AI-driven threat detection and incident response, and building scalable, high-value cyber businesses.
The FORUM 100 Awards honor leaders who drive change and advancement with cutting-edge ideas, inspired innovation, and contributions to the public sector and consulting communities.
“What I value most is that this recognition comes from fellow leaders and practitioners,” said Holcombe. “The greatest work in our profession is rarely performed alone. It is built through trust, shared purpose, and the willingness to challenge accepted thinking when a better path serves the mission. I am grateful for the colleagues, partners, and teams who continue to push that work forward.”
