In 2021, Electrosoft marked 20 years in business, building on two decades of success with new leaders, a growing customer community, thought leadership and industry recognition.

• Strengthened leadership team. Two federal cybersecurity leaders joined the Electrosoft leadership team in 2021 – and the company’s VP of Finance was promoted to CFO – positioning the company for continued growth.
   
• New and renewed customer contracts. Numerous federal civilian and defense organizations selected Electrosoft to support their business process improvement, IT modernization and cybersecurity initiatives.
   
• Industry awards and certifications. Electrosoft achieved two industry certifications acknowledging the quality of the company’s information security and IT professional services. Additionally, the company received industry awards recognizing its growth, industry leadership and company culture.
   
• Thought leadership. In 2021, Electrosoft leaders spoke at international industry conferences, delivered a commencement address, facilitated cybersecurity summits with government and industry leaders, participated in podcasts and penned a bylined article.
   
• Employee and community engagement. Throughout the year, in addition to diligently working to serve customers, the team gathered for fun, friendly competition and celebrations. Employees and leaders also shared time, talents and donations to guide, support and inspire others in their communities.
