The U.S. Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITES-3S) contract is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract valued at approximately $12.1 billion. The Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia manages the ITES-3S procurement.
The contract is intended to support the U.S. Army’s global requirements for IT services as well as incidental construction, incidental equipment and software. In so doing, it creates an end-to-end solution not just for the U.S. Army but also for all Department of Defense agencies and all other federal agencies.
