ELECTROSOFT TO PROVIDE TIER 1 CALL CENTER SUPPORT September 24, 2019

A bureau within the Department of State (DoS) selected Electrosoft as the awardee of its Human Resources Service Center Support contract. It is a two-year contract to provide Tier 1 call center support onsite at a DoS facility in Charleston, South Carolina. The call center offers wide-ranging services including answering current or former diplomats’ travel or benefit questions. This contract further strengthens our engagement with DoS, where Electrosoft is already providing independent audit services related to the its classified and unclassified Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) implementation.
