The abstract of this talk is given below:

"We discuss the establishement of an interoperable PKI within the healthcare public and private sectors. We provide an overview of the past and current PKI efforts within the healthcare industry, and focus on the unique challenges, requirements, and constraints for adoption of PKI in this vertical. We provide technical and policy guidelines for architecting a healthcare PKI that encompasses tha public and private sectors of this industry, while satisfying the unique needs of each sector."
