Sarbari Gupta receives 2008 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award.

The Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC) recognized Dr. Sarbari Gupta, President and Chief Executive Officer of Electrosoft, as one of the recipients of the 2008 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award. This year's award dinner ceremony was held at a glittering reception at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City on May 28, 2008. Prominent members and leaders from a broad range of businesses and industries, along with award recipients, continued the evening's tradition of being one of the most sought-after networking events in the nation.

Hailed as "the Asian American business community's most distinguished award program", the "Outstanding 50" is the largest, all-encompassing Asian American business award program in the nation. The award program honors individuals with outstanding leadership, vision and accomplishments who have built a successful business or who have distinguished themselves within their community. The award aims to recognize entrepreneurs, business professionals, as well as corporate executives who contribute to the general economy.

Electrosoft designed and developed NIST PIV Demonstration Software for Logical Access Applications released.

The NIST PIV Demonstration Software for Logical Access Applications includes a Microsoft Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP) and a Public Key Cryptography Standard (PKCS)-11 reference implementation which enables the use of PIV Cards within Logical Applications. The CSP and PKCS#11 were designed and developed by Electrosoft based on requirements provided by NIST.

Electrosoft Services awarded subcontract to support the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Identity-Badging System for the US Senate.

Electrosoft Services, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract from Guident Technologies to support the requirements gathering and development of a Request for Proposal for the next generation US Senate identity-badging system. This identity-badging system will include the capability to issue PIV as well as non-PIV credentials based on business processes followed at the US Senate.
