Dr. Gupta is a co-founder and the President/CEO of Electrosoft Services. She has extensive experience in software development and professional services in the areas of computer security and cryptographic applications, serving both the Government as well as the private sector. She has held various leadership and management positions at prominent companies. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on topics related to cyber security and PKI, participates in development and review of IT security standards, has published many papers, and holds several patents. She received her MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Bob Morin is a Senior Information Technology Expert with a strong record of success in the roles of Executive Management, Account Executive, Business Development and Capture Management with a broad range of experience in many disciplines of the IT industry. In the last 10 years, he has closed over $55M in revenue in the U.S. Federal Government market, worked as the Executive Manager, Account Executive, Director of Business Development and Capture Manager. Mr. Morin’s areas of special expertise and interest include Software Engineering Institute/Capability Maturity Model (SEI/CMM), Information Engineering Methodology (IEM) ,Total Quality Management and Continuous Process Improvement.

Juanita Koilpillai is responsible for researching and developing new services and solutions at Electrosoft. Her focus areas include cyber security compliance and assessments, identity and access management, cloud security and continuous monitoring. She reviews and provides feedback on current projects and technical proposals, develops white papers on new solutions and leads solutions development activities. She was formerly the Founder and President of Mountain Wave, Inc., a very successful start-up that developed the ground-breaking CyberWolf incident manager product, which later sold to Symantec Corporation and is the current Symantec Incident Manager. Ms. Koilpillai has an MA in Mathematics and an MS in Computer Science from the U. of Kansas. She also has a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the U. of Madras.

Jose Arias joined Electrosoft Services in 2006 and brings with him 8 years of Managerial and Accounting experience. Since his start with Electrosoft, his competence and leadership skills have allowed him to take control and manage all administrative operations including Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Procurement and Contract Management within the company. Mr. Arias has also completed the FSO Program Management course through the Defense Security Service Academy training program. Jose has an Associates degree in Accounting and Business Management.
