401K Plan Summary

Employee Eligibility

An employee may enroll in the plan on the 1st day of each month following the date he/she has completed 6 months of service and is 21 yrs of age.

Employee Contribution

Under the plan, an employee can contribute a minimum of 1% of their compensation up to a maximum of $15,500 for 2008.

Company Contribution

Electrosoft offers a matching contribution equal to $0.50 for each $1.00 that you defer, up to a maximum deferral of 4% of your compensation.
Electrosoft may make a discretionary Profit Sharing contribution that is usually tied to the it's profits and may vary from year to year.
