Electrosoft Services, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract from SETA to assist with independent security testing and assessment activities of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood-mapping system, Mapping Information Platform (MIP). Under this subcontract, Electrosoft will provide support in determining the extent to which the required Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and FEMA security controls are implemented and necessary certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation has been prepared.

Electrosoft Services, Inc. announced today that it had been awarded a prime contract from the US Department of Commerce (DoC) to provide technical subject matter expertise and guidance to assist DoC to comply with HSPD-12 and FIPS 201 requirements. Electrosoft's support on this project includes development of guidance documentation, including designing a new role-based process for issuance of DoC identity credentials.
