ADVISORY BOARD

Jack Larmer serves as a member of the Advisory Board at Electrosoft. Mr. Larmer is currently a Director at Longstreet Partners, LLC. Prior to his association with Longstreet Partners, Mr. Larmer was President of Soza and Company, Ltd. (SOZA), an information technology, management consulting, and financial services firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr. Larmer established the Company's Management Services Division in the middle of 1991 to successfully transition SOZA from a small Certified Public Accounting firm supporting the commercial and nonprofit sectors to a multi-million dollar, ISO 9002, CMM Level, certified corporation primarily supporting public-sector agencies at the Federal and state levels. In 1991, SOZA has less than 10 employees and revenues of less that $1 million. Eleven years later, Mr. Larmer sold Soza and Company LTD to Perot Systems, where more than 900 SOZA team members supported worldwide contracts, generating 2002 revenues estimated to exceed $150 million.

Before joining SOZA, Mr. Larmer served as Corporate Vice President of AGS Services Corporation, a large international data processing services organization. Mr. Larmer also served as Corporate Vice President of Genasys Corporation, a Government Financial Consulting organization, and General Manager of AutoTax, Inc., one of the first computerized tax preparation services companies. SOZA and Company, Ltd, at that time, was a client of AutoTax, Inc.
